Poor Traffic Light Phasing

For all traffic lights around Handy Cross Roundabout the phasing does not appear to be correct. Logically speaking the idea should be to get cars off the roundabout as quickly as possible rather than causing queues on the roundabout itself.
Unfortunately what current happens is as 1 set of traffic lights go green the next ones are red therefore does not allow for traffic to flow around the roundabout.
E.g. Traffic coming from Marlow Road, when the lights go green the next set of lights (preventing you crossing A404 traffic from John Hampden) are Red. Logically all cars coming from Marlow road would be traveling towards the A404 (Marlow Bypass) or further around the roundabout. It is very unlikely that traffic from Marlow Road would traveling towards the A404 (Handy Cross Hub area).
I would suggest that as the lights on Marlow Road go green that the lights are green all the way to the Marlow Bypass exit, This would allow better traffic movement. As these lights are green I would then suggest that the Marlow Bypass entry onto roundabout lights go green all the way around to John Hall Way. This would allow traffic to exit onto John Hall Way and any cars looking to travel to the M40 East have the spur round to use. The only queues should then be caused by those cars looking to use A404 Marlow Hill exit.
These are just 2 scenarios off the top of my head but I think a review should be had of the traffic light phasing. It is so bad that it causes queues throughout the High Wycombe area.
