Potentially dangerous pothole on A446 northbound, M6 roundabout

Sent to Highways England 2 minutes later
Very large pothole on A446 northbound. I exited the roundabout northbound (roundabout at M6 junction 4, level with the M6 southbound exit slip road) and hit a very large pothole either on the roundabout or immediately after, I was in the left lane. It was such a bang I expected my tyre and wheel to be damaged but they don't appear to be. I didn't see the pothole because it was dark and there were a lot of puddles, but it felt so big I am reporting this immediately because I am concerned it could cause an accident, particularly for motorbikes or cyclists. This hole wasn't apparent two days ago when I last drove this road in the same lane, so it has grown this big rapidly. Please investigate quickly before it causes an accident!
This hole has been filled, but only patched and quite poorly. It is now as bumpy to drive over as it was before the large hole opened up. Given the volume of traffic there I expect this to happen again. I had to submit a claim for a damaged tyre, in the claim I informed the highways agency that the repair is poor. I try to avoid this route now because there's no way to avoid driving over this area of worn tarmac.
