The amount of litter is disgusting

Driving east after just coming off the A1122 from Downham, I was appalled and disgusted by the amount of roadside litter along the A47. I cannot understand why our council leaders are not embarrassed by the state of this roadside. Visitors to Norfolk must think we don't care what our road verges look like. I was absolutely appalled by the disgusting mess.
