Hedges Encroachinf onto Highway

The hedges shown on the google earth picture (attached) are now severely encroaching the highway and have surpassed the point of the right hand grass verge. There is very little room for a vehicle to pass.
The roadway is also severely overgrown with moss and grass and the tarmaccadam surface is now unrecognisable.
This is the former Star Carr Lane, prior to the construction of the Brigg Bypass and the flyover.
