Litter left in layby by lorry drivers.

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

This layby is a nuisense. Lorries are regularly parked there all night with refrigerated motors running. The humming/droning noise is unbearable. The litter is disgusting and if drivers are there for several hours, are they also using the layby as a toilet?... This is right next to my house!
