Clearance of vegitation from right of way incomplete

Reported in the Vegetation (grass/hedges/trees) category anonymously at 13:07, Tue 11 August 2020

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

Footpath overbridge and approaching pathways only partially cleared of weeds/bushes. what was cut was left to be slippery in wet! Also Footpath damaged (sunken) by machinery used when replacing motorway fencing. Footpath now totally impassible in wet in ordinary shoes! Requires reinstating with camber. I have checked with Parish & Bucks Council - all say this is the responsibility of Highways England / Motorways. Please feel free to contact if more info required.

  • The footpath is still impassable when it rains due to camber reversed by heavy vehicles used to repair fencing along either side by contractors (not employed by Parish Council or local landowners).
