Illuminated No Entry Sign on Splitter island

The No Entry Illuminated sign has been hit, The electrical access plate has been dispaced and missing allowing water ingress. additionally the sign is point up and not visble by traveling public with the risk that a driver will travel up the wrong way of the motorway.. This is a 24hr response in accordance with TGRSD
