Large area of subsidence on hardshoulder of sliproad affecting carrigeway

There is a large depression in the hard shoulder which looks like subsidence. The lowest part of the depression is on the far left of the hardshoulder but it's so deep that the depression now affects the actual carrigeway on the slip road between Old Hall road and the start of junction 7. Since its right on the bend you cannot see it until the last minute.
