Fence broken such that a large, strong looking sharpened point sticks out at windscreen height!

These images taken from Google earth but seen today show a sharp pointed beam sticking out of a broken fence at windscreen height. My fear is that in the unfortunate event of a crash this would cause serious risk to life (piercing the vehicle) and should be made safe.
