Sent to Bromsgrove District Council and Highways England less than a minute later

On 23rd July, then again on 28th August I sent you details on the A441 at the J2 motorway island of the M42 about a fly poster attached to the traffic lights at the top of the southbound exit slip road.

You replied to say it was still being investigated.

How long does it take to take a photo, remove it and issue a fixed penalty notice?

It is now 9 weeks later!
