Road, needs updating level of noise increase due to road surface and potholes

Good morning,

Over the years the A12 road has deteriorated between junctions of a130 turnoff and Billericay which has cause a significant increase in Road noise and an increase in accidents due to the surface being worn and not ideal for damp / wet weather with an increase of potholes. We notice that the road has seen improvement a few junctions up towards ingatestone / Brentwood. It would be great if you could look into this for the safety and well-being for all.
