Flooding across most of the eastbound on slip carriageway / hard shoulder

Following recent heavy rain there's a huge puddle of water on the 'on slip' to join the eastbound A4 from Bath or Batheaston, in a 50mph limit, very limited carriageway available to avoid the flooding, so might lead to sudden braking and shunt collisions. Have noticed similar (but usually smaller) in previous rainy spells suggesting that the drainage probably needs attention.
