Defective ironwork & road surface damage

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

Utility manhole cover now loose. Rocking greater than 40mm causing damage to road surface. Threat of road surface collapsing in. Danger to cyclists. Extreme noise pollution 0.4 miles away causing Public annoyance & distress animals.
