Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

The repeater light on Lydiate Ash island is out. This is if you are coming to the island from A38 Bromsgrove. People at the front of the queue can't see the lights as the repeater actually on the island isn't working and the first car in the queue is past the actual lights on the A38
