Large permanent roadside display - unused/total collapse

Reported via desktop in the Structures (eg bridges, fencing, noise barriers) category anonymously at 16:57, Tue 17 November 2020

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

In between the bridge under Little Wilbraham Road & the one under Wilbraham Road. Heading towards Cambridge,it's on the left hand side of the road in the verge behind layby. This "Street View" link shows what it USED to look like > https://www.instantstreetview.com/ @52.215917,0.253518,235.93h,1.14p,1z But it's now completely collapsed. 2 things..... 1. In view of it's size it's quite an eyesore, particulary as it's not lying flat 2. it doesn't do anything to change people's mind set about the acceptability of fly tipping at the layby [especially since the layby has now been re-opened within the past month]
