Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

Fence panels blown over by slip road from A404 to M40. Reported this to Highways England and they said it is the responsibility of the local council to repair the fence. Yesterday evening 6 or 7 deer ran through the fence onto the carriageway causing mayhem.
