Traffic light not fully working.

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later
The amber light has not been working on traffic light number 4 for at least two years. I have reported this previously to Gloucestershire County Council about three times now but they have done absolutley nothing. Perhaps it is because you are responsible and they cannot be bothered to pass on my previous reports?
Thank you for contacting Highways England concerning the amber traffic signal at the traffic lights on the A40, Highnam. We shall look into this issue and aim to provide a response by 19 January 2021.
Can we please ask that you check back on this date for an update.

Thank you for contacting Highways England about the traffic signals on the A40 at Highnam.
We are aware there is a cable fault, which has resulted in the amber light not working. We have arranged for this to be repaired and currently waiting for the available road space to safely complete the works.
We will provide a further update to confirm when the work has been completed.
Kind regards Highways England
