Excessive litter on Entry Ramp to M42 North
Reported via desktop in the Litter (NH) category anonymously at 09:11, Fri 8 January 2021
Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2467131.
Vehicles are coming from the motorway services and throwing rubbish out their windows as they re-join the M42 north. Litter is becoming a big problem in the whole area (the M42 and A5) but it is a particular problem here. Please could Highways England send out their team to clear up the mess. Thank you

Thank you for your patience whilst we completed the work in relation to your report.
We can confirm that we have litter picked the northbound entry slip junction 10 of the M42. We are also planning to pick the the M42 between junction 10 and 11 alongside other commitments and safety critical work on this section of the network. Unfortunately I don’t have a date this will be done as of yet. We hope that this improves your journey.
