Delayed Roadworks Completeion

Reported via desktop in the Roadworks category anonymously at 11:20, Tuesday 12 January 2021

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

The new feeder lane under construction from the A14 Jnc 33 slip road east bound, which will feed traffic onto the A10 & help prevent queuing on the A14 is taking for ever to complete. The A14 upgrade went well at breakneck speed, but it is far from finished, with pockets of roadworks still under construction. there have been numerous updates, yet nothing regarding a firm date when these works at Jnc 33 will be completed. The roundabout there is dangerous to negotiate with traffic cutting out the queue & flying down the outside lane, cutting in at the last second. They might be in the wrong, but that's little compensation when they've not stopped & the front of you car has been damaged. The road surface to the roundabout is appalling & white lining confusing, out of date or non existent. Please can this Junction be finished & made safe ASAP Please?
