Concrete flags displaced

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2475970.
I have observed 2 issues this morning at J3 of the M58. The first photo shows that a pedestrian protection barrier has been knocked down after being hit by a vehicle. This looks beyond repair and will need to be replaced as soon as possible. This route was designated as a high pedestrian usage and was a strong justification fo the improvement works to be undertaken around this junction. The second issue concerns the fabric of the bridge structure under the M58 where paving flags are being dislodged from the upper slopes and are sliding down the paved area to end up on the footpath and in some cases in the carriageway. We have inspected the structure and will continue to monitor the bridge. This is not a safety critical issue and no work is required at this time.
