Thank you for your patience whilst we looked into your report.
We’re aware of the issues with the street lights being out and have investigated what is causing the fault. The fault is with feeder pillar for the lighting. The feeder pillar is used to take in a supply of electrical energy from a transformer and distribute it to where it’s needed, in this instance the street lights. Issues with feeder pillars don’t sit within our jurisdiction and are the responsibility of Western Power and the repair sits with them. Western Power will now schedule the repair work in this area alongside other commitments and safety critical work. Unfortunately I don’t have a date this will be done as of yet.
