Series of Potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

There are a growing number of potholes on the A1 Southbound between the entry slip road at Cromwell and the Exit for Balderton a total distance of approximately 8 miles. Some are existing potholes that have repaired previously and some are new ones.

  • Thank you for your patience whilst our inspector reviewed your report.

    Our inspector visited the location and agrees that remedial work is needed to ensure the safety of road users.

    As such, a repair is planned, and we aim to complete this no later than 01 Apr 21.

    Although we always aim to complete the repairs as planned, the date may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

    We will provide a further update to confirm when the work has been completed or, in exceptional circumstances, a revised date.
