I spoke to your agent on site, David East, about the accumulating rubbish. He informed me it was a council concern. Both my local councillor and the council department confirm it is responsibility of Highways England to keep area clean and tidy. The area in question under the steps is in a disgusting state and gets worse every week It is an eyesore for the residents in bungalows opposite. The area needs attention. Your agent informed me there is a small pot of money available for this type of problem. Maybe the area needs fencing off to stop rubbish being dumped. Will you please address the problem as soon as possible
