Sent to National Highways less than a minute later
Driving from Bath to the Batheastern/Bathford round about/Box down the A4 there is an excessive about of litter on the grass verge. This has been building for the last few weeks.

Highways England, as the government owned company is responsible for the Strategic Road Network in England. Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, we’re responsible for collecting litter on England’s motorways and a small number of trunk roads, local authorities are responsible for collecting litter on most all-purpose trunk roads.
Flytipping and litter removal on the A4 is the responsibility of the local authority.
