Litter completely covers both sides of the A52 and the central reservation between Sherwin Arms roundabout up to and after Bardills roundabout. Please can this be removed it is an eyesore and environmental disaster.
Thank you for your patience whilst our inspector reviewed your report. During the review our inspector doesn’t feel that this is causing any safety concerns at this time and remedial work isn’t required. The removal of litter on a trunk road falls is a local authority responsibility in accordance with the environment Protection Act 1990. This report needs to be redirected to the local authority - not the County Council. We will continue to review this and will arrange any required work if the situation changes.
