Large deep indentation in tarmac

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

Just as you are about to come off the M5 at J11a going south there is a deep hole in the road. It looks like the earth underneath has sunk. You can see it in the daylight if you know where it is but it’s invisible in the dark. I drive a mini and if I catch if it feels very dangerous and might cause major damage.
