  • Thank you for your patience whilst our inspector reviewed your report. During the review our inspector doesn’t feel that this is causing any safety concerns at this time and remedial work isn’t required. The removal of litter from a trunk road is the responsibility of the local authority - not the County Council - this complaint needs to be redirected to the local authority in accordance with the environment Protection Act.

    We will continue to review this and will arrange any required work if the situation changes.
