Second large square manhole loose and rocking

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later
Shortly after the manhole rocking that Highways and Southern Water seem unwilling to repair another is now doing the same so cars travel over two in short succession Westbound resulting in four clonking noises and two opportunities for pedestrians to make errors at night interpreting the rocking car lights as a signal to cross.
Both of these are worsening and audible from back gardens now. Action is needed. Surely Highways should be pushing Southern Warer for action ?

First manhole repaired already knocking again and visibly moving when trucks pass over it. Repair has failed
