A large amount of fly-tipped waste, including pille of broken doors etc on the rear of the embankment M5 southbound, between Frankley services and junction 4.

We have passed your report regarding the fly tipping to our local inspector who will review the issue as part of their next safety check.
We aim to provide a further update no later than 12 March.

Thank you for your patience whilst our inspector reviewed your report.
Our inspector visited the location and agrees that remedial work is needed to ensure the safety of road users.
As such, a repair is planned, and we aim to complete this no later than 01 April 21. Although we always aim to complete the repairs as planned, the date may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
We will provide a further update to confirm when the work has been completed or, in exceptional circumstances, a revised date.
