Reported via desktop in the Litter category anonymously at 17:03, Wednesday 3 March 2021

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

There has been a huge amount of dumping of litter, all down the A23 from Handcross to Burgess Hill. It is on both sides of the road. There is so much of it, it is distracting to drivers and poses an accident risk.
