    Highways England do not litter pick or collect fly tipping from this section of the A3. This is responsibility of Borough or District Council Highways Team.

  • Thank you for contacting Highways England concerning fly tipping on Clay Lane near the A3. We shall look into this issue and aim to provide a response by 18 March.

  • Thank you for your patience whilst our inspector reviewed your report.

    Our inspector has now visited the location and has confirmed the fly tipping has been logged for removal. At present, I'm unable to provide a better timescale on this however I've been assured it will be completed in a timely manner and the area will also be continually monitored.
