Protruding bushes forcing cyclists into main carriageway
Reported via Android in the Vegetation (grass/hedges/trees) category anonymously at 18:55, Wednesday 10 March 2021
Sent to Highways England less than a minute later
There are branches sticking out from two bushes across the roadside "cycle" lane which forces cyclists out into the fast busy main road. They are just before a layby after passing the welcome to Fleetwood sign.
Our route inspector has cut these branches back so they are no longer protruding in to the cycleway.
State changed to: Fixed

Great to see a rapid response to this problem as it was a safety issue. All the protruding branches have been cut well back. Many thanks.
