Traffic Light Malfunction

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

Countess Roundabout Traffic Signals on Eastbound A303 were only letting a handful of vehicles through on each green light phase at about 0745 = 0800, Traffic queued back to top of hill. Added 25 minutes to the usual delays, resulting in school children being picked up 20 minutes late. Identical fault reported last month.
