Sent to Highways England less than a minute later
I stopped in the laybye between Wilby way and the Castle Ashby turn off on the A45 going west. The amount of rubbish is unbelievable. There must be close to 100 tyres dumped alongside old furniture and general rubbish plus what I can only assume to be bottles of urine. The whole road between these two junctions is covered in litter and seems to get worse daily. This needs urgent attention. I have contacted our MP and Northampton chronicle. I did take photos, if you're interested contact me
Yours faithfully Brian Slocombe.
