Pothole on eastbound carriageway

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

Deep pothole between the two lanes on the eastbound carriageway by the Radstone junction. Will easily damage tyres/wheels or kill a motorcyclist.

    We have passed your report regarding a pothole on the A43 to our inspector who will review the issue as part of their next safety check.

    We've also asked our contractor to establish the exact location of the pothole and make it safe as necessary.

    We aim to provide a further update no later than 30 April 21.

  • Thank you for your patience whilst we completed the repairs in relation to your report. The pothole has been filled on a temporary basis and our inspector is monitoring it's condition.
