The shared use crossing of the A13 westbound exit slip at the juction with the A1306 is very dangerous for westbound cyclists and pedestrians because there is no clear view of the vehicles approaching (at speed). Because the slip road is a bend, the bushes need to be severely pruned to afford a safe view of the road.
