Sent to Highways England less than a minute later
Whenever it rains hard, a deep stream of water floods from the central reservation across the northbound carriageway just south of the New Farm overbridge. This has been happening for a few years now and there have been several serious accidents here.
Highways England responded on 22/05/2021: Dear ..., Thank you for your email to Highways England dated 17/05/2021. I apologise for the delay in getting back to you but due to high call volumes following adverse weather conditions over the last few days, emails have taken longer to action. We would prefer, in future, if you can call us on 0300 123 5000 to report this kinds of incidents to us so we can action them quicker. Thank you once again for contacting us.
