Haydock Island No green men

Reported via mobile in the Traffic lights category anonymously at 06:33, Tuesday 18 May 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

Having spent all the money recently doing haydock island and making it cycle friendly, i do not understand why green men where not placed at the lights so cyclist can actually cross safely, travelling from golborne island when u pass under the bridge the lights are not visible so u have no idea when to cross, when u approach the lights it is very difficult to see if it is safe to cross. Please can u put some green men on the lights as a cyclist this would make it safer when using the cycle paths. Thank you
