Long grass on Southern approach to Azalea roundabout , Ferndown A31

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

The grass is so long on the central reservation approach to the roundabout ( st Leonards hospital side) that vehicles going right around Azalea Roundabout are obscured by the long grass it needs immediate attention !

  • Thank you for contacting Highways England about your report of long grass on southern approach to Azalea roundabout in Ferndown on the A31.

    We are aware of this and the vegetation has been logged for clearance. At present, I'm unable to provide a better timescale on this clearance however the area will be continually monitored.

    We will provide a further update to confirm when the work has been completed.

  • The same problem has arisen again ! Please cut the grass it nearly caused an accident today 10/08/21

  • This is in urgent need of grass cutting ! Traffic approaching the roundabout do not have a clear view of the roundabout because it is obscured by vegetation .
