Fault type: Grass cutting Address: ST IVES ROAD (B1040), ELTISLEY Location: traffic island where B1040 from St Ives meets the A428 near Eltisley Description of fault: very tall grass on traffic island totally denies visibility of oncoming traffic when turning right onto A428 from B1040; oncoming traffic from both directions is fast and there are often few gaps to pull into.
