On call surgeon commute between Bury and Leeds
3 days ago I hit an awful and dangerous pothole in between the 1st and 2nd lane of the M60 motorway between Pilsworth exit and M62 slip road . Close to M62 exit. There was a huge bang and immediately my tyre warning light came on . I was forced to leave my car at a safe place and get alternative vehicle access from a family member. I have just had the vehicle reviewed and confirmation of a bulge in the outer wall of a front tyre consistent with pothole related damage. I have also driven past the area again and confirmed at least 2 potholes in between the lanes . One of which is sizeable and frankly dangerous. For obvious reasons I can’t take a picture.
