Verge not trimmed

Reported via desktop in the Vegetation (grass/hedges/trees) category anonymously at 09:18, Tuesday 15 June 2021

Sent to Highways England less than a minute later

Reported previously and you have closed and advised it is resolved, but it isn't. Verge north side A27 near to crossing point that is roughly opposite Shandon Rd. Long grass remains - for young children who are shorter this obscures their eyeliner to traffic, and means approaching traffic don't see them until very late. Parents teach children not to stand right at the edge of the kerb, particularly on bust roads like this but here they end up invisible and with restricted visibility. Saw your inspector checking - they were tall! Perhaps think about all users. Makes no sense leaving this section out of control.
