Updates

  • Thank you for contacting Highways England about overgrown vegetation on the A47. I appreciate you taking the time to report this.

We carry out regular inspections of our roads and cut back trees and vegetation where we find that it’s limiting visibility of road signs, traffic signals, at junctions or the view ahead. I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team. They will inspect the area and if necessary, arrange for vegetation to be cut.

Thank you again for contacting us. For anything else please contact our Customer Contact Centre on 0300 123 5000 or info@highwaysengland.co.uk, or visit our website at www.highwaysengland.co.uk.
