Pothole large enough to cover half a lane

Main issue is a large Pothole covering half a lane in the outside right hand lane if travelling east. Vehicles are attempting to avoid by driving very close to the Central reservation concrete barrier, it's only a matter of time until someone misjudges and hits the central reservation, Potentially causing death or serious injury. There are also some smaller but significant potholes just before this one in the inside lane (left) before this, at 70mph speed. I'm shocked to see that this has already been reported numerous times and nothing has been done in months? It begs the question Are you waiting for a fatality or serious injury?? is that how potholes are fixed now, that until it causes this it's not deemed necessary or cost effective?
Thank you for reporting a pothole on the M65 junction 10. We're sorry you felt the need to report this again. We initially believed this was on the M65 maintained by Lancashire County Council. We’ll inspect this as a priority and arrange any repairs needed.
