No warning of road works being carried out

Why can’t you put up warning of road closure on the M23 south bound before anyone gets to the junction. Whenever I’m on a late shift and travel from A23 Horley to go home to Brighton I get to the junction over the M 23 to find the junction closed I then have to travel back to the Gatwick north terminal and head down through manor royal and then head for junction 10 all at my expense because nobody can put up any warning signs before joining the Gatwick road to the M23. I’ve even had it at junction 10 as well where I’ve had to travel back and go through Crawley So can someone please put up some signs and I don’t mean the illuminated board on the Gatwick spur road as that is to late because you are already there
