Land adjacent to Pump Farm, Lincoln Road, Tuxford

There is a building development currently being carried out on land to the side of the A1 bridge on Lincoln Road. The developers in the past have removed trees from the embankment of the A1, which was investigated and at the time work on the development was suspended. They have since resumed and it has been reported to the Town Council that they have removed further trees off the embankment. The concern raised is that in doing this it will weaken the bridge that is supporting the A1. I have reported this to the planning officer, Jamie Elliott, at Bassetlaw District Council too.
