Traffic lights not working on Northbound slip, causing dangerous queues

Reported via desktop in the Traffic lights category anonymously at 09:02, Monday 28 June 2021

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

At rush hour this morning (7.45) there were huge queues, trailing down to the main A1(M) carriageway because the traffic lights on the northbound slip-road were not working. This keeps happening, and is a perennial issue. Perhaps the induction loop is broken?
