Overgrown Vegetation obscuring pedestrian visibility

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

Overgrown vegetation on HE land from the junction opposite, around the corner to the A38 slip road is causing reduced visibility and making it unsafe for pedestrians crossing west to east.
