Attenuation basin full and spilling onto adjacent land, the basin tot he North that it should discharge to is dry. Internal property flooding occurred in Jan 2021 which is now subject to a multi-agency investigation and a formal section 19 report under the flood and water management act 2010.

  • Thank you for your patience while we conducted our investigation. We've identified a possible blockage at the outlet to the attenuation pond. We're arranging works to clear the blockage and ensure that the drainage is functioning properly at this location. The area is quite overgrown and it is likely that there will be newts in this areas. Before we can undertake the drainage work we'll need undertake an environmental inspection.
