2 loose manhole covers

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later

There are two loose manhole covers which are likely to collapse on the A30 at Redditch Hill EX14 9PY. Causing deafening noise to householders during the day and night and with large lorries travelling they could break and leave a large hole for a serious accident.people

  • Thank you for contacting Highways England about the loose manhole covers on the A30 at Redditch Hill. We're sorry for the disruption these have caused.

    We are aware of these loose manhole covers. These aren't owned or maintained by us. Virgin Media have have been out and repaired one. We're waiting for Vodafone to finalise plans to repair the other.
